Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and the absence of preservatives or additives, our products have a limited shelf life and require immediate refrigeration. All products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional value.
3. No Returns Policy
Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned for a refund.
4. Eligible Refund Situations
We offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

10. Order Cancellations
10.1 Before Preparation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before preparation begins (typically within 15 minutes of order placement).
10.2 During Preparation
Once your order enters preparation, it cannot be cancelled. The products are being freshly made specifically for you.
10.3 After Delivery/Pickup
Once delivered or picked up, orders follow our standard refund policy (see Section 4).

14. Promotional and Discount Refunds
- If your order included a discount code, the refund will be for the amount actually paid
