Our cold-pressed juices are made fresh to order. All products contain 100% natural ingredients with no added sugars, preservatives, or additives. Due to the fresh nature of our products:

• Shelf life is limited (typically 3-5 days when refrigerated)
• Color and taste may vary slightly based on seasonal produce
• Products must be kept refrigerated
• Products are gluten-free and made in a facility that processes nuts

5. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery and pickup services within specified areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5.1 Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available within Dubai and surrounding areas
• Minimum order value may apply for delivery
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout
• You must be available to receive the order at the specified address
• Products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of:

• Incorrect order delivered
• Product arrived damaged or spoiled
